Company Overview
Hong Yi Nonwovens Production Co,.Ltd was established in 1998, covering an area of 10000 square meters. Our production capacity is about 2500 tons and total turnover of our factory is over USD 4 million each year.
We are located on Jiangsu province which sharing very convenient transportation to important seaports and airports. At present, our main products are needle-punched non-woven fabrics, deep processed products and shoe materials. Our factory boasts 3 sets of needling machines, 1 oil boiler and heating-up drying machine, 1 reactor furnace, 1 coating machine and 2 lining-stitching machines. Since our establishment, 80% of our products have been sold abroad, such as America, Germany, Japan and Korea. In addition, we also share great reputation among domestic consumers. Our main products are as follows:
1. Needle-punching non-woven fabric:
A. For daily use: wipes, cleaning cloths, mop cloths, electric blankets, bedding mats and sheets, quilt fillings, sofa cloths, furniture covers and inner linings, other cleaners made of needle-punching non-woven fabrics.
B. Shoe materials: non-woven fabrics (shoe linings), chemical sheets, substrate cloths, toe puffs.
C. Garment materials: shoulder pads, suit linings, composite non-woven fabrics, skiing suit inner linings.
D. Engineering materials: geodetic cloths, wall decoration cloths.
E. Industrial materials: filtering cloths, automotive headliners.
2. Products made by oil boiler and heating-up drying machine: toe puffs, shoe materials and other kinds of sizing and forming products.
3. Products made by reactor furnace: a variety of sizes for shoes making.
4. Products made by coating machine:
A. Hot-melt adhesive coating cloth: hot-melt adhesive pads for shoes and garments.
B. Self-bonded coating cloth: wet adhesives and self-bonding adhesives for furniture covers, non-woven fabrics, chemical fiber fabrics, carpets, trademark paper.
5. Products made by lining-stitching machine: sport shoes interlinings, handbags, printed sun umbrellas, shoulder pads.
